Why shop on-line?

Our store never closes! You can shop in our on-line store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. You do not need to find a car park and you won't be hassled by over-enthusiastic sales assistants. Shop at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home or office and know that you order will be delivered promptly.

What is a shopping cart?
A shopping cart is an on-line version of a supermarket shopping trolley. It is where you place your items until you are ready to purchase. At any stage you can click on the Shopping Cart icon on the top right hand of the page to view the items in your cart. You can then add or remove items from the cart.

Why should I give you my email address?
When you place an order we need to be able to email you an order confirmation and to keep you informed on its progress.

Is your website secure?
Yes, our website is secure.

How safe it is to give you my credit card details?
When placing an order through our on-line shop, the purchase transaction is handled by DPS which provide a secure and safe way to shop using a credit card.  Alternatively, if we take an order either over the phone or through email, we will delete all credit card details permanently.

Where is my order?
Your order will normally be despatched within 5 working days, this allows for any hand embroidery to be added if required. If for any reason an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately.  Feel free to contact us if you would like more information on when your order will be delivered. How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges vary according to your location and the size of your order. For New Zealand customers the following charges apply:  

Small Parcels

0 - 4kg $6.50+gst
   
Large Parcels  

4 - 8kg

$15.00+gst

8 - 16kg

$29.95+gst
If you are located outside of New Zealand you can determine your delivery charge by proceeding to checkout and your freight will be calculated and added to your order. For delivery anywhere in Australia the delivery charge is set at NZD$35.00.Alternatively, please contact us for delivery details.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
BabyBliss orders will be shipped using a next day delivery courier service.  This courier service can be tracked and traced so to provide a quick, secure delivery service. All international orders are shipped via New Zealand Post International Air service. 


How do I return an item purchased online?
Please return the item to us within 30 days in new condition with original packaging. Please address returns to:

How can I tell if my order has processed successfully?
You will receive an email order confirmation.  Once your order has been shipped we will email you again to let you know when to expect the delivery.
