Washing Instructions:

Dimples Merino Wool is the perfect fabric for your baby. It insulates, absorbs body moisture, breathes and is soft and non-irritating. This is very important for babies who still have fragile temperature mechanisms and very sensitive skin. Merino Wool is such a fine fiber, we need to ensure that it is well looked after and carefully washed! Please follow these washing instructions to make sure your garment stays looking brand new and luxurious.

Because our wool has not been treated with anti-shrinking or fixing agents, please take extra care when washing these garments.

• Always check the washing instructions as some garments require hand washing.
• Always use cool water, less than 30 degrees Celsius.
• If the water is too warm, the garment will felt and shrink.
• Always lay garment flat to dry in the shade or use a cool dryer setting. DO NOT PLACE GARMENT IN SUNLIGHT!
• Always use an approved liquid wool detergent or other well known products. We suggest Softly or Lux Flakes to wash Dimples garments.
• Do not put washing detergent (liquid or flakes) directly onto your garments, as this will stain and discolor them. Always ensure you dilute washing detergent in water before putting your garments into the washing machine.
• Do not soak or wash your woolen garments using laundry powders as most powders contain whiteners that act like bleach, even 'eco-whiteners' may still bleach your garment creating bleach spots and holes! If the garment is stained, use Wonder soap before washing the garment.
