Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel the contract for any reason upon giving written notice to BabyBliss Limited within 7 days of the date of the contract. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full. You will be required to return to BabyBliss Limited any products sent to you under any contract that you have cancelled in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Returns Policy 

If you are not delighted with the goods you have chosen, please return them to us within 28 days. We will be happy to make a refund or an exchange providing they are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of press and are quoted in New Zealand Dollars.

Any customs or import duties levied once the packages reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges.

Delivery Times & Charges

BabyBliss Limited endeavours to display through this website all items in the company's current range. BabyBliss Limited aims to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is in stock. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock. The stock status for your order will be notified to you on your order confirmation.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and BabyBliss Enterprises Ltd can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

If a product is in stock and you place your order before 12.00 on a week day then your order will be packed within 24 hours. Orders collected from us incur no handling charges, but if you require delivery by carrier then a charge is made to cover packing, handling and delivery.  All orders received after 12.00 will be despatched on the following working day. 

Delivery to the NZ

• Delivery within New Zealand is  either by courier service, or post.

Delivery Abroad

Overseas/Non NZ,  airmail postage, is charged at cost.  Delivery charges are confirmed at checkout.

• Delivery times may vary, please allow 10-14days.

For some of our deliveries a signature may be required.

BabyBliss Ltd takes every care to ensure that the description and specification of its products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the reproduction of the products is a close representation, BabyBliss Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the products ordered by you, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
